James Hansen is a physicist and the topmost climate scientist. But the solution he suggests here is utopian. The ruling classes will never give up emissions voluntarily or even if they they are subjected to legal mandatory provisions. They will have to be forcibly overthrown by the general public internationally. The common citizens will have to occupy the planet!
